Episode 50. From SF to Wild West Collab Fest with Will.

In this episode is sit down with my San Francisco connect and enjoy a couple pints at Grid City Beer Works. Will also known as @el_perro_borracho on Instagram decided to make a trip to the Beehive State and see for himself what I keep pushing online. The Utah beer scene! Will and I discuss his first impression of SLC as we drove into the city and Bewilder brewing. We discuss water profiles of Utah and the Bay Area. Post Wild West Collab Fest thoughts from Will. I think Will enjoyed Grid City and their Czech style pours. MILK shots! Will ask about the local wine and spirits as he's spoiled in proximity to NAPA Valley and such. Additional thoughts on the collaboration fest and meeting online contacts and brewers from the local breweries.
