Episode #5: Zach Friedley

About this episode

In this episode, Aimee and Emily dive in deep with Zach Friedley on a variety of topics focused around inclusivity in sport. Zach Friedley is the founder of nonprofit Mendocino Movement Project, through which he hosts his own race for adaptive athletes, Born to Adapt. Zach is one of few professional above knee "trail-bladers," running for On Running for the second year in a row in 2024. He is dedicated to making trails accessible to more people and helping expand the mindset of event producers to create a more inviting space for adaptive athletes.

You can follow along Zach's journey on his social channels or check out the website to his nonprofits here.
