Episode 5. Reflexivity; who we are and what we bring
About this episode
Three friends that happen to be social workers discuss current social work issues from their front room. Following on from the diversity discussion in episode 4, Nadia, Eugene and Fran expand the conversation to discuss the notion of Reflexivity in social work. This involves thinking about who they are as people and what they bring to their social work. This all makes for another interesting conversation with laughter and some pretty low quality levels of singing. Sorry in advance!
