Episode 5. Reflexivity; who we are and what we bring

Three friends that happen to be social workers discuss current social work issues from their front room. Following on from the diversity discussion in episode 4, Nadia, Eugene and Fran expand the conversation to discuss the notion of Reflexivity in social work. This involves thinking about who they are as people and what they bring to their social work.
