About this episode
Ned Bacheson, Founder of Pittsburgh Grass Volleyball (Pittsburgh, PA) and the host of The Grass Volleyball Podcast catches up with Bill Bonney, photographer, marketer, and grass volleyball player.
You probably know Bill from the photography he shoots at the Pottstown Rumble, where he’s taken thousands of photographs over the last 10 years. Bill is also an accomplished grass volleyball player. He's been playing volleyball for 25+ years and is a Pottstown Men's Open Quarterfinalist.
Bill has extensive background in marketing, owning a marketing consulting firm for the last 20 years and he also has the IQ/mindset of an open level grass player. He combines those 2 aspects of himself to put out some awesome photography. In the podcast, Bill talks about what's going thru his head throughout a normal Rumble weekend and all the different mindsets he has to be in to get all of the necessary shots. Bill even shares some pro-tips on taking good photos. Enjoy!
