"here's a few words on stuff i'm listening to/recommend.  i'm with matt about urochromes and uranium club.  both bands are amazing.  other hardcore i've been loving are blazing eye, muerte, mocoso, and all the amazing local bands like fuck ss, blank spell, the drip and so on.  the punk scene here is amazing and we are all spoiled because of that.  outside of hardcore i've been listening to a lot of royal headache from australia, tracy trance, judee sill, and gene clark.   besides that I'm always playing deep soul and early reggae/rocksteady.
