Episode 31 Pt 01: Defining Trauma

Once again, we spent the entire first half of the episode reminiscing and giving context to the topic of the episode. We always try to maintain a delicate balance between developing a more personal relationship between us and the listeners and offering helpful advice or teaching about a subject.
