About this episode
Thank you for joining us for another episode of the Low Carb MD Podcast. Vic Basmadjian battled obesity ever since the age of 7-8 and surpassed 200 pounds at the age of 12. Since then he averaged 250-295 pounds throughout his adult life until he started losing weight on a low carb diet in 2018. His commitment to this diet has resulted in the reversal of his hypertension, acid reflux, and severe sleep apnea. He is the founder of KetoCoaching.ca and is passionate about helping people get healthy and lose weight.
In this conversation, Tro and Vic talk about growing up in an ethnic Armenian culture, the most important factors for success in Vic's weight loss journey, Vic's experience as a health coach, the most recent Low Carb Boca conference, and how to start exercising as you are beginning your weight loss journey.
