Episode #283: Designing Your Day One Segment at a Time

Each moment of your day is an opportunity to set the stage for how you wish life to unfold. Abraham, channeled by Esther Hicks, teaches the power of segment intending, which is pausing before each new activity, or “segment,” to consciously choose your focus. Rather than drifting through the day on autopilot, you create with intention.  

For example, before stepping into your car, you might affirm: “My intention is that the perfect parking space is waiting for me, traffic flows with ease, and I feel relaxed and safe.” Before walking into work, you could intend: “My interactions are harmonious, support flows to me, and I feel appreciated.” These micro-moments of alignment compound into a day filled with ease, synchronicity, and delight.  

The key lies not in controlling every outcome but in setting intentions from a higher vibrational state, like love, joy, appreciation, or playfulness. When you carry that frequency, the Universe orchestrates details beyond what you could script, offering little winks of magic that surprise and delight you.  

Segment intending is a reminder that you are the creator of your experience. Each segment becomes a fresh canvas where you invite the Universe to co-create beauty, flow, and joy with you.
