About this episode
Lauren Gregory joins us on Episode #27 of The Running Kind Podcast. Lauren is coming off quite the year in 2024 where she has not only crushed on the track, but also on the trails. She ran in the Olympic Trials, making it to the final round of the 5000m, as well as securing another title as USATF Vertical Champion only two weeks after her trials debut. In addition, she has a background in sustainability and we dive into what that looks like, her passion for the environment and what we can do as trail runners to protect the spaces we use for sport.
