In this episode of the Dark Matter Podcast, Dev shares a quick thought of the week.

After having some interesting conversations, it's brought light on a situation that has shown it's hand a few times already.

Think about the first job you ever had... Think about the people that you got along with and the people you didn't.

No matter where you go, there will always be people that overstay their welcome.

There will always be people who don't bet on themselves.

There will always be people who give up.

There will always be people who just aren't cut out for it.

At the end of the day, there's absolutely nothing wrong with any of these.

But the moment you start jading someone else's journey/experience, that's where I draw the line.
