Justin and Painter open the show with an important discussion on Little Italy, Waffle House and other late-night food options around downtown Auburn.

Then they transition into a wide-ranging talk about several freshmen who are turning heads so far in spring practices, including Holden Geriner, Connor Lew, Kayin Lee and Keldric Faulk. Painter makes a great observation about what this youth movement could mean for a crucial Year 1 under Hugh Freeze.

The last stretch of the episode is all about college basketball and the wild Final Four that will be in Houston this weekend. Justin makes a point about the teams remaining — plus the upset-heavy tournament in general — and what it says about Bruce Pearl and the Auburn program.
