Judge Hannah Dugan of Milwaukee has been indicted by a grand jury and charged with obstructing or impeding a proceeding before a department or agency of the United States, and concealing an individual to prevent his discovery and arrest. She pled not guilty at her arraignment and has moved to dismiss. We go over that motion.
