The farther Heather got away from The MLM Complex, the easier it was for her to see connections between the business model and the stress, depression, anxiety, and other issues she was facing. Now, as a mental health advocate she looks back on her time in MLM with a clearer eye and understanding of the systemic ways MLM's prey on not only our physical and financial health, but our mental health as well.
