About this episode
Join Executive Director Jess Stahlnecker and guest Tim Jagger as they discuss the Perkiomen Valley School District bathroom policy 720. Tim is one of the parents who questioned the bathroom policy at Perkiomen Valley when his daughter came home from school on the first day and said there was a male student in the girl's bathroom. In this quick and to the point interview, Jess and Tim go through the entire story of how common-sense parents and students banded together to show their support for gender specific facilities to protect all students. This made national news and Tim was interviewed on both Fox and Newsmax. Ultimately, after one failed attempt, policy 720 was passed in the district keeping bathroom use to "gender at birth," a HUGE swing in the right direction.
