The Five Primal Wounds! And guess what? We ALL have a little of each of them but everyone has a primary! Wonder what yours is? This Spiritual Fix Podcast has an excellent quiz to determine that. The link is in our podcast show notes!
In this particular episode we are talking about the abandonment wound, one of the five primal wounds. How it may originate, how it presents itself, the unhealthy coping skills we use to mask that wound (codependency), how to love someone with an abandonment wound and most importantly, different ways to heal this wound.
We have been wanting to do this since we started the podcast but we decided to wait until we were in a healthier places in our lives to keep up with the demands of studying each of these topics. As we wanted to be able to positively and knowledgeably share our thoughts and theories with you all. We also wanted to make sure we had the creative energy to be able to design a workbook/journal for you guys to follow along in these episodes with! que excited squeal over announcing our journal launch 🤍
