Today’s guest is Dan Lewkowicz, a seasoned real estate veteran with over 15 years of expertise in the industry. His career started from house hacking and quickly evolved to flip houses in and around metro Detroit. He established a company in 2005 called Disability Made Easy. He eventually created a company called Renaissance Real Estate Ventures which specializes in the acquisition, financing, renovation, and resale of single-family residential properties in the booming city of Detroit, Michigan. Prior to joining Encore Real Estate Investment Services, Dan was a Senior Advisor at Fortis Net Lease and a former business development executive for Amazon. Currently, Dan is director of investment sales at Encore Real Estate Investment Services and created a course for aspiring real estate brokers.
