And at this time I didn't want to remind y'all that it is time to be like in.

6:14And what I mean by that is pretty self explanatory. I felt like a lot of us been pre-improving games this whole year not getting the goals that we really need to get to. I think we got so much time in the world when now we are in the fourth quarter of 26. And it is time to lock in. So if you have a goal that you have got accomplished yet you need to come that's go now. If you have a job that you want to go out there and get that job. If you have something that you are afraid to do just go out there and not be afraid to do it. And you are afraid to go out there and get it done. And a couple of things that I need to do myself some goals that I need to accomplish. Some things that I am afraid of that I need to get over. But it is just time to go out there and get locked in.

7:19I start planning for the year 27 now and don't wait until January 1st, 27th to start planning your next move. Because time wait for nobody. We are losing a lot of people this year. And we think that we got so much time in the world when in reality we really don't. You could be here today and you could be going tomorrow. So wherever you want to do in life, wherever that you have your mindset on, go out there and just do it. Don't let nobody tell you that you can't do this. They can't do that. If you know that you believe that you can do something, this is the time to go out there and do it. This is the time to go out there and plan the lifestyle that you want. Yeah, of course, we won't be an easy road. You're going to have as many roadblocks.

8:20You're going to have a lot of people in your life who go to doubt you. A lot of people who are going to leave your life because they don't want to see you do better than them. But obviously you just can't focus on that because right now this is your self-deceased and you just have to focus on you and your mental health. So what you need to do to get the lifestyle that you want, you just have to go out there and stay focused and it's time to be like that. Time waits for nobody. This is your time. So always remember that. It bit of time earlier this year where I have felt motivated. I was sure I was sure it was growing. I would really add a lot of play to the show. I spoke about it on the Mercedes-Benz Frondale, the Mercedes-Benz Teth Frondale, I was

9:22just going to make the podcast. That's the record just being honest. I was just feeling motivated. I was sure I was headed with the show and I needed to take a step back. That's when I took a break, came back on my break episode and took another break and it came back as an energy lie. And doing that break I did a lot of reflected on my life, my future, the podcast, and everything. The thing that I needed to do so I know it's time to get back in. And also I just want to say like sometimes taking a break is really important because it gave me the time to refresh on every day. And once you take that back and refresh on every day, it's time to go out there and be

10:27a better version of yourself. So you know what to do next time. So you won't get back to that overthinking place or that place where you fell in love or that place where you just not sure where you're trying to go. So I want to tell you all that something that you really want to do, something that you are afraid to do, some changes that you're not ready for. But you need to do, but you need to do from new location, new career, get married, have your kids. You want to leave your job. So you want to start doing something that you love to do. You just have to go out there and take that risk. Because you just never know what life will take you. And even if you fell, you just have to go out there and try again.

11:28You can't be moping with things go wrong. You have to just go out there and try again until you get it right. Because that's what life is about. So what I was telling you all of y'all is this is your time to lock in. What we want to do is go out there and lock in and stay focused and go for the lifestyle that you always dream of. For anything is possible when you go out there and get it done. And don't let nobody hold you back and don't let nobody tell you different.
