In episode 19 part 1 & 2, we give a brief summary of our entire last years worth of episodes. We give thoughts on our growth, share what we’ve since learned and laugh over our embarrassing moments and quirky phrases.

As our podcast continues to grow (yay!!! 🤗) we wanted to provide these two episodes as a guide for any of our new listeners as well as close the chapter on one of the hardest phases of our lives.

Going forward, we will be starting different series discussing different types of trauma, therapies, healing methods, coping mechanisms etc. But don’t mistake this for us getting our shit together ENTIRELY, we are still going to be our most goofy, unorganized and authentic selves… we just want to take a little bit more of an intentional and focused approach towards our healing for both our listeners and ourselves ❤️‍🩹

We can’t even begin to explain the gratitude that we feel towards all of our amazing listeners that allow us to share space in their lives. Thank you for cheering us on, we hope you know that we’re cheering you on just as big! ❤️
