In today’s episode, I speak with Warrior, Tina Albrecht. Tina shares her biggest insights and learnings from the Warrior Queen Challenge, and her training over the last two years. Two years ago Tina had never strength trained before, and had a hamstring injury. Two weeks ago she PR’d her squat at 160lbs and her deadlift at 200lbs. She also dishes up some HOT words of wisdom and advice for the women who are struggling with their training - ask for help, create a rhythm and track your progress.
