Great leadership has no recipe no script no singular definition.

• Leadership must be balanced – a dynamic position between two opposite poles that can only be perfected in the moment as its being experienced.
• No book, no video, and no meme can provide the experience that is required to find the proper balance and fit, and to absorb the wisdom required to advance your practice.
• This is true when balancing strength and yielding, confidence and vulnerability, certainty and uncertainty, risk and safety.
• All qualities that define the leader must be balanced in this way
• Each team, each company, each situation and each leader is completely different.
• The correct application can only be learned through experiencing, failing, observing and reflecting
