Dr. Westman is the director of the Duke Lifestyle Medicine Clinic, and medical director of the Duke Center for Smoking Cessation. He is board certified in internal medicine and obesity medicine, has his masters in clinical research, and has written over 90 peer-reviewed publications.
Amy Berger, MS, CNS, is a U.S. Air Force veteran and Certified Nutrition Specialist who specializes in using low-carbohydrate and ketogenic nutrition. She has a bachelor's degree in creative writing and a master's in human nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. She is also a veteran of the US Air Force.
