Episode 153 – On Solutions

Everything we do is solutioning.  But not every solution means software or IT.  We have to get better at asking the focusing question – “what hurts?”.  Not just considering what could be better, but getting fired up about the things that make us mad; drive us nuts.  When you have the answer to that question, you’re on the verge of adding true value.
