About this episode
We are delighted to have Jayne Bullen from Nutrition Network and the Noakes Foundation join us on the show. Jayne is the Chief Operating Officer of The Noakes Foundation and the Managing Director of the Nutrition Network. In the past, she worked in the world of corporate research until she discovered a path to health with the low-carb way of eating. Now, she uses her expertise at the above mentioned organizations in order to help people regain their health.
In our conversation, we discuss the importance of re-educating doctors with regard to nutrition, the role and the goals of the Noakes Foundation, the complex web of sociological factors involved in the dietary decisions/options of ordinary people, and the educational offerings from the Nutrition Network.
