Her on Episode #49 we do a book review of Dr Mary Barbera’s book, The Verbal Behavior Approach. It is one of many types of ABA programs. This one specifically focuses on developing more verbal communication skills. She really puts a lot of importance on the value of assessments and transfer trials. Two areas that she has determined many professionals make mistakes. It is a phenomenal book and highly recommended. She also has a Youtube Channel and Podcast that can provide a lot more in depth information on specific topics.
