We're back at it again!

This week we are talking about finding Compassion for others while on your own healing journey. As time goes on and you start peeling away at your own layers it brings light to why others may be the way they are. Why certain situations have happened in your relationships and how they had been handled. As always while on your healing journey it is important to show compassion for yourself as well.

As always remember we talk about some heavy stuff so here is your trigger warning that we talk about murder, sudden loss, grief, domestic violence, mental health and any other shit show the universe decides to throw our way, oh and we swear like sailors so be aware.
