About this episode
We trekked out to Dallastown, PA to chat with Cidermaster Scott, Brewmaster Pete and Marketing Consultant Nate at Wyndridge Farm. Wyndridge boasts an amazing restaurant, beautiful farmland, a cidery and a brewery. We discussed the history of the business and the farm, as well as current and upcoming goings-on. Plus, we got to know our three esteemed guests and their background (and we talked – and learned – a lot about cider). Dan reported on the news, we played a new game in Happy Fun Time involving some interesting reviews of the worst rated beers on Beer Advocate, and Steph taught us about dry-hopped ciders in Know Your Beer. And, of course, we sampled an array of Wyndridge beers and ciders.
