Episode 131 - Neville Wright
About this episode
Neville Wright is an Olympian, a National Champion, a Role Model, a Dad, a Performance Therapist, and a Public Speaker. We talked about life, and what shaped him into the athlete he became. How leaning into seeing the positives in life and focusing on athletics enabled him to focus his energy on things that would help him rather than things that might hurt him.
Neville shared with me how he had to take a break from training, how he had a coach that believed in him and how he sees so much potential in kids. He's a great guy to talk to about resilience because he knows all about overcoming and rising to the challenge.
