Tom Halpin is an Irish born BJJ black belt under Roberto "Cyborg" Abreu.

Tom is the 2019 ADCC Euro Trials champion and Combat Jiu-Jitsu Champion.

Tom discusses his travels from Ireland to Miami and how the training in Miami impacted his development and lead to earning his Black Belt.

Tom also shares his mentality for competing, using inspiration from other sports for strength training, the recent No-Gi Polaris Squads event he competed in and his upcoming Polaris title fight at the Gi Polaris Squads event, his preferred rule set, the uniqueness of the ADCC and why its the most difficult tournament to win, the importance of a positive self-image, and how to achieve your best performance in competition.
