Treichae shares the journey of her autism diagnosis and the co-occurring disorders of Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and POTS. With a master's degree in adaptive physical education, Treichae discusses the field of adaptive sports and physical education. The latter half of the episode focuses on her certification as a doula with a dive into pre and postpartum care and how these aspects of motherhood need to be considered when working with parents.
