In this episode we talked about the industry and what sparked his interest in nutrition in the first place. We talked about simple changes and not looking at lifestyle change as such a daunting task. We danced around the topic of artificial sweeteners in such a way that you basically just shouldn't drink 2L of anything per day if it isn't 99% water.
It all comes down to just setting some guard rails and working with what works best for your body and your goals.
We talked about the feeling of being on a team, the beauties of being introverted, the downfalls of social media, and how it's okay to feel dumb all the time and it's actually something that should be a continual journey. If you're smarter than everyone, what are you learning?
