About this episode
Join Executive Director Jess Stahlnecker and Vice President Ben Herring as they discuss the latest White House overreach. In June, joe biden announced Department of Education Office of Civil Rights will begin informing districts on how reviewing and removing books from schools challenged by parents can create a racially and sexually hostile environment in violation of federal law. We decided that because of what we've seen in the past few years: a ton of executive orders and bureaucratic orders and recommendations, it would be great to talk about the difference in these "orders" vs legislation and how these orders many times don't stand up in a court of law. As always, you can check us out on our website at citizensadvisorypa.com, on Facebook and on Twitter Citizens Advisory of PA, and if you are enjoying these podcasts please like, subscribe and share!
