Episode 118: Dr. Rohn Rigby

About this episode

Dr. Rohn Rigby is a family practice physician in Layton, Utah. After attending an obesity conference in 2012—where he met Dr. Eric Westman—he realized that he needed to change his eating habits or face serious health problems. From that moment on, he has been eating low-carb. He currently practices obesity medicine at his medical weight loss clinic. We discuss the importance of effectively educating our patients about real nutrition and lifestyle intervention in order to offset the false narrative that many people hear and believe about diseases like diabetes. Additionally, we talk about treating and raising awareness for processed food addiction and sugar addiction. Thanks for listening in!
