Diversifying the Behavior Analyst Certification Board with Kelly Baird and Jeron Trotman

In this special episode, we chat with previous guests, Kelly Baird and Jeron Trotman respective founders of the Missouri Black Behavior Analysis Community and Black Men in Behavior Analysis.   Kelly and Jeron have both been nominated to fill two of three open seats on the Behavior Analyst Certification Board of Directors.  We discuss their why for becoming nominees and get some updates on where their respective organizations are today along with some breaking news on an event coming in December.
