Allen Park has been abuzz all week with the Lions kicking off their preparations for the 2019 season. This week Erik and Joe talk about the signing of Mike Daniels, the health of the defensive line and all other happenings from practice.

• Lions sign DT Mike Daniels after he was released from Green Bay
• In a corresponding move, RB Theo Riddick was released
• DT Fredrick Jones was added for defensive line depth due to the rash of injuries
• WR Brandon Reilly was released to make room for Jones
