Episode 100: Birthdays

This is our 100th episode! In it, we talked all about birthdays - both our own birthdays as adults, and our children’s birthdays. We shared about how birthdays are opportunities for birth-related feelings and other feelings for the past to bubble up, and the journey of listening lovingly to those feelings.
