“Our Father in heaven…” These aren’t just words to recite — they’re an invitation into a relationship. The Lord’s Prayer isn’t about performance; it’s about posture. Jesus didn’t teach His disciples to impress God with long prayers or fancy language — He showed them how to approach the Father with humility, trust, and honesty. Too often, prayer becomes a checklist or a wish list, but real prayer starts in the heart. It reveals what we believe about God — is He distant, or is He a loving Father? Is he someone we’re trying to impress, or someone we trust deeply? So sit back, relax, grab a drink and a snack and join us as we seek Shalom!
