EP95 - Laura Kearns - Arkansas Traveller 100 Winner!

Laura Kearns just won the 2021 Arkansas Traveller 100!  I got to sit down and visit with her about the stellar year she’s been having in ultrarunning.  Earlier this year, she ran her second 100-mile race, the LOViT 100, and won it!  Laura puts in a lot of training miles, but she loves group runs, has fun, and does not hold herself to a rigid training plan.  Listen in as we talk about how the races unfolded, training, equipment, nutrition, and life!
