About this episode
Amy is fast and puts in some serious work! She’s currently training for Tunnel Hill 100 and I can’t wait to see how she does. Amy had a fall in 2019 during one of her final training runs for the Arkansas Traveller 100 and had to miss the race. We talk about her coming back from that injury physically and mentally. We also talk about her how she’s dealt with stomach issues and the steps she had to take to get that dialed in. I think you'll enjoy the interesting chat about her mindset when racing.
