About this episode
In 2017 Amanda came to a point in her life where something had to change. She was unhappy with where she was in life, but even more unhappy with WHO she was. It was time to let her potential out and become who she was meant to be. She quit smoking and drinking and joined a gym. Amanda dove into a healthy lifestyle without looking back. In just 7 months, she lost 100 pounds and discovered her love for running! She was born for it! Amanda qualified for Boston on her first Marathon, then found the trails and ultramarathon, and has lived in that world ever since. She's changed so much physically and mentally from 4 years ago and is excited to see what new adventures are in her future.
