Do you embrace change? Do you feel like your entrepreneur journey is always in a constant state of change?  While sickness is a devastating moment for many people, Roxanne says it was her turning point to where she is today. Being sick gave birth to her current business. 

Roxanne Montoya is the Founder and Chief Strategist of Avem Systems. A management systems, training, and creative services company. She's a business owner, author, web developer, community advocate, and Educator in the areas of University, K-12, STEM, and corporate training.
