Chris is cofounder of Park Ave Capital, a real estate investment and syndication company in Omaha, Nebraska. Park Ave Capital invest in cash flow producing assets throughout the Midwest. Park Ave Capital currently has approximately $40 million assets under management and just short of 800 units multi family.

Chris is an attorney with a juris doctor as well as a masters in negotiation and dispute resolution. He served in the United States Army and is happily married to his wife Shivani Sharma with two children under two.
