長痘痘真的很讓人困擾
尤其是進入青春期的孩子，因為賀爾蒙改變
加上皮脂腺也發育成熟了，容易分泌油脂
本來適量的油脂可以保護我們的皮膚
但過多的油就容易阻塞毛孔了
#青春痘 (痤瘡、面皰、粉刺、暗瘡)其實就是毛囊發炎
正式名稱是「痤瘡」
有許多原因都會造成長痘痘
例如壓力、熬夜、睡眠不足、飲食(高熱量、高糖份食物、含有激素的乳製品)、荷爾蒙變化(例如生理期之前的生理痘、用到不合適的保養品或化妝品、悶熱、流汗、環境髒污、某些口服藥(如lithium鋰鹽)，都可能會長痘痘。
長痘痘的時候記得不要去擠它
可以先尋求醫師的協助
不要等皮膚嚴重的發炎，才想要治療喔
