He started working as a software engineer for various start-ups while trying out real estate investing and later, fully transitioning to a professional investor. He started his journey by managing his own rental properties and has now helped multiple passive investors through syndication. With 30 years of experience, Matt has invested in over 800 units in the multifamily space and continues to search for winning investments. In his spare time, Matt volunteers at his synagogue in various operations and fundraising roles.
