Ep25: Turning it up to 11 with Wormrot!

Lion City Rock

About this episode

Formed in 2007, Wormrot is Singapore's offering to the world of grindcore. They have been described as one of the top 10 grindcore bands in the world, and have three albums to their name (with another on the way). They also became the first Singaporean band to perform at the Glastonbury Festival.

In this episode, drummer Vijesh shares his Wormrot journey and answers our pressing questions:

What was it like playing Glastonbury? Can grindcore be meditative? Just how many Spinal Tap moments can a band have on tour?

If you don't know what grindcore is, or if you want to know what the fuss is all about, this is the episode for you. You're welcome.
