邱信翰曾經是跆拳道儲備國手，
本來沒想過接班的他，在爺爺生病後選擇返鄉照護，當爺爺專任的照護員，
在最後的這幾年，他聽到了爺爺留下的願望：「真希望肉乾可以更單純而真實。」
為了完成爺爺的遺願，邱信翰為了研發報廢千萬肉乾，
花了三年，終於成功做出無添加肉乾．．．當然，他也歷經跟上一代的一連串觀念衝突與搏鬥．．
