3. 95.1.27結構債出售給紅火公司，同日向金管會申請抵現金收購兆豐金5-10%股權。
4. 紅火公司在95.2.15向香港柏克萊公司申請贖回3.9E美元結構債，獲利全歸紅火公司
5. 中信金自95.2.10至95.3間自公開市場買入兆豐金股票，香港柏克萊公司則於95.2.14-95.3.2賣出兆豐金股票44萬張，中信金成交308537張，占比69.5%，中信銀7022張，成交量1.58%。
