What an empowering conversation we had with Jen on today’s podcast. Jen shared her story of choosing to leave a very serious relationship. How serious? They were talking about marriage. She left because she knew in her heart he was amazing as a man, and we were not in alignment. It was gut-wrenching for both of them. Can you imagine the strength this took for her? But as a result of this hard thing - she grew so much as a woman. It strengthened her knowing about her own core values, belief system, and what does and doesn't work for her. It brought her a sense of confidence and clarity that no one could ever take away. We talked about what this willingness to act on her knowing, this inner voice that nudged her time and time again - felt and sounded like for her. What a powerful story!
