Ep 913. Berry Brave: a mindful children’s story
About this episode
Gerry Robin tells her son Geoffrey that it’s time for him to find his own food. But Geoffrey thinks it’s too hard!
Narrator: Female
Story Begins: 3:42
Berry Brave Excerpt:
Every morning, Geoffrey would wake up and stretch his little neck toward the sky. He would open his beak wide, waiting for his mama to bring him breakfast. She always brought the best treats, and dropped them right into his mouth.
Today, Geoffrey stretched his wings and fluffed his feathers. He opened his mouth, ready for his mama to give him something delicious. But instead of dropping a treat in his mouth, Gerry perched on the side of the nest, smiling.
Today’s Meditation: Imagine floating on a cloud, and relax into the feeling of lightness.
