In this episode, we interview SheNetworks, aka Serena. Serena is most known for her work on TikTok as a content creator where she makes 60-second videos mostly focused on Network Engineering. Serena has spent years working as a Cisco TAC Engineer. During her time in TAC, she got some of the best experiences anyone can get. She learned to work in very high-pressure situations.
