We welcome Paul Chambers and Mike Smith to the show to talk about all the going ons over at Wild Sheep Foundation Alberta Chapter. We jump into the many successes they have enjoyed over the past year and some of the current challenges that are being faced in Alberta right now.
We discuss a recent collaring project that WSFAB has embarked on and the important range usage data that is being collected. We also discuss the changing dynamics around Cadomin mine and what importance Teck's departure from the mine site could have on Bighorn Sheep and other species in the area.
During the episode we talk to Mike and Paul about the successful fundraiser they have held this past year and also their upcoming Ewes and Brews Pub Night being hosted in Calgary on July 22, 2022.
